Minister of Defence Visits Russia for Important Military Discussions and Naval Event

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will be visiting Russia from December 8 to 10, 2024, to enhance defense relations between the two countries. He will also be co-chairing the 21st meeting of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military and Military Technical Cooperation (IRIGC-M&MTC) with Russian Defence Minister Andrey Belousov in Moscow on December 10.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will travel to Russia from December 8 to 10, 2024, further enhancing the strong defence relationship between the two countries. A major highlight of the journey will be the commissioning of INS Tushil, India’s newest multi-role stealth-guided missile frigate, at the Yantra Shipyard in Kaliningrad on December 9.
