A storm has created on social media due to a monkey from Khagipur Sadwa village near Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. She has become an online sensation as she was seen doing household chores in a viral video. People were captivated by her human-like habits and helpful nature, which have made Rani proud in the village.
Rani had been to the village eight years ago. Since then, she has been staying with Ashok and his family. She has been very integral to their daily routine. She does everything, including grinding spices, washing dishes, and rolling chapatis. Ashok says Rani was particularly close to his late mother and is staying with his sister-in-law.

Not confined to Ashok’s house, Rani visits other houses in the village, where she is also often made to help in the household chores there. Sometimes, she stays overnight at those houses, which have a bed for her to sleep on. Her contributions have made her a favorite of all the people in the village.
Ashok revealed that videos uploaded by Rani on the YouTube platform had earned the family over ₹5 lakh. “Rani has improved our lives,” he said. Her personality also stands out unique; whenever she gets agitated, she does not harm others but bites her hand and the villagers have to console her immediately.
Beyond the village, Rani is quite the social media star – she is gaining a lot of followers on Instagram and YouTube. Her human-like behavior and fit seamlessly into everyday life, capturing people’s hearts everywhere.
