“The incident in Akola’s Paras is serious and unfortunate. The government will provide financial support to the families of the deceased, while the injured will receive free medical care. I’ve ordered an investigation into the incident,” Fadnavis stated.

“It is painful to report that some devotees were killed when a tree fell on a tin shed when some people had gathered for a religious ceremony at Paras in Akola district, I pay my respects to them,” Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated on Twitter.
