Maharashtra: 9 deaths and 3 injured in a blast at Solar Industries’ Nagpur factory

When explosives for coal blasting were being packed at a solar explosive company’s plant in Nagpur, Maharashtra, on Sunday, December 17, an explosion occurred that claimed the lives of at least nine people. At Solar Industries India Limited, which is located in the Bazargaon area, the explosion occurred at around 9.30 am. Furthermore, the blast caused serious injuries to three additional people. For defense establishments, the company produces a range of goods.

According to officials, there were twelve workers inside the solar company’s unit when the incident happened. The company’s cast booster plant was the site of the explosion. “A blast at the Solar Explosive Company in Nagpur’s Bazargaon village claimed the lives of nine people. The blast occurred during the packing process of the Solar Explosive Company’s cast booster plant, according to SP Nagpur Rural Harsh Poddar, who spoke with the news agency ANI. The official stated that more information on the subject is awaited.
