Assam Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam, the divine confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh along with his family during the Maha Kumbh 2025. Himanta Biswa can be seen taking the holy dip with his wife, daughter, and son.

Prominent leaders of the country have gone to Prayagraj and taken the holy dip during the auspicious Maha Kumbh 2025, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi,  Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu.

Famous Celebrities have also been spotted taking holy dips at Prayagraj. Juhi Chawla, Siddharth Nigam, Rajkummar Rao, and Anupam Kher are some of them.

The Maha Kumbh is the largest spiritual gathering of the decade happening in Prayagraj. Thousands of devotees from all over the world are walking miles just to get a glimpse of the Triveni Sangam.

It commenced on January 13, 2025, with the Paush Purnima Snan and will conclude on February 26, with Maha Shivratri. The gathering has attracted more than 55 crore devotees and still counting. The streets of Prayagraj are bustling with lively music and the divine spirit pervades the air. Ash-smeared Aghoris and Naga Sadhus who came from far lands have made themselves home. The small city of Prayagraj has given home to thousands of tourists and devotees.
