Law For Doctors’ Safety Soon: Tiwari

The government is planning to bring a law for doctors’ safety, said BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Friday. Inaugurating an event of the dedicated Aorta Centre for the diagnosis and treatment of aortic diseases at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute Okhla, he said, “We are planning to bring a new law for doctors’ safety and for that, we need your (Doctors at the event) support”, said BJP MP Manoj Tiwari.

The safety of medical professionals has become a major concern after the rape and murder case of a junior resident doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.

Some of the most common types of aortic disease include aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, and obstructive lesions of the aorta.
