Key administrative posts in Haryana undergo reshuffle

The Haryana Government has issued the transfer and posting orders of nine IAS officers with immediate effect. TVSN Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary who was overseeing Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation, and Administration of Justice Departments, as well as Nodal Officer for COVID-19 coordination, and Chief Resident Commissioner at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, has now been posted as the Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner for Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments. Prasad will continue to serve as Chief Resident Commissioner at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary of the Cooperation Department.
Sudhir Rajpal, Additional Chief Secretary Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department and Civil Aviation Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation, and Administration of Justice Departments, along with the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department. Dr Sumita Misra, the Additional Chief Secretary Medical Education & Research Department and Women and Child Development Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary Medical Education and Research Department and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department. Dr Raja Sekhar Vundru, Additional Chief Secretary Housing for All Department and Foreign Cooperation Department has been posted as ACS Housing for All and Civil Aviation Departments.
V Umashankar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, and Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana Citizen Resources Information Department will also look after the charge of Principal Secretary for the Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department and Foreign Cooperation Department. Vijayendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board has been posted as Principal Secretary Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department and Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department. Rajiv Ranjan, who was awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Principal Secretary for the Labour Department. Pankaj Agarwal, Commissioner and Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Irrigation and Water Resources Department and Personnel Department has been posted as Commissioner & Secretary Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, Irrigation and Water Resources Department and Personnel Department. Amneet P. Kumar, Commissioner & Secretary Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary Women and Child Development Department.
