As part of efforts to intensify the campaign against the state government, the ‘Kadakku Purathu’ campaign has launched a charge sheet along with a dedicated website.
The website has been designed to symbolically allow the public to directly “remove the Chief Minister from the throne”, when you click the button.
The campaign symbolically turns the Chief Minister’s own 2017 remark against journalists into a political message demanding his exit from power.
The platform also provides citizens with the facility to register complaints and grievances against the government. The website can be accessed by scanning a QR code featuring the Chief Minister’s image or by directly visiting kadakkupurathu.com.
The charge sheet highlights alleged failures of the government across multiple sectors. Key issues raised include unemployment among youth, agrarian distress, temple thefts, drug abuse, wildlife attacks, challenges to secularism, and what the organisers describe as PR-driven governance.
The campaign aims to take public dissent into the digital space and provide a platform for citizens to directly express their dissatisfaction with the state government’s functioning.
The ‘Kadakku Purathu’ (Get out) will be the party’s slogan to oust the LDF government from the power.
