Jharkhand Education Minister Ramdas Soren has been airlifted to Delhi for urgent medical attention after sustaining a serious brain injury due to a fall in the bathroom of his residence. Initially admitted to Tata Motors Hospital in Jamshedpur, Soren is now being moved to Medanta Hospital in the national capital for specialized treatment.

Providing updates on X (formerly Twitter), Jharkhand State Minister Irfan Ansari expressed his concern over Soren’s deteriorating condition. He confirmed the presence of a blood clot and emphasized that arrangements were swiftly made for his transfer to a more equipped facility.
"The news of Jharkhand's Education Minister, our elder brother Shri Ramdas Soren Ji, being unwell is deeply concerning. He has sustained a brain injury and a blood clot due to a fall in the bathroom. He is being airlifted to Medanta Hospital in Delhi. I am continuously monitoring his condition. I appeal to all of you for your prayers. I pray to God that he recovers quickly," State Minister Irfan Ansari said.
