Internet Suspended in Sambhal Amid Rising Tensions| Video

In response to recent violent clashes in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, authorities have suspended internet services to prevent the spread of misinformation and maintain public order. The unrest erupted during a court-ordered survey of the Mughal-era Shahi Jama Masjid, following claims that the mosque was originally a temple. The situation escalated as protesters gathered near the mosque, leading to stone-pelting and confrontations with the police. The violence resulted in at least five fatalities and injuries to over 20 police personnel.
