The Indian Army has successfully rescued the final group of 150 tourists who were stranded in the rain-hit region of North Sikkim. Since the heavy rains on June 12-13, around 1200 tourists found themselves trapped in the affected areas. Over the past week, the Trishakti Corps has been tirelessly coordinating with the local authorities, navigating challenging weather conditions and difficult terrain to reach those in need.
