Haryana Poll Results: AAP MP Swati Maliwal Accuses Arvind Kejriwal of Betraying INDIA Alliance

AAP MP Swati Maliwal has publicly criticized Arvind Kejriwal, claiming he undermined the INDIA alliance and siphoned off Congress votes during the Haryana assembly elections. Maliwal alleged that Kejriwal campaigned in Haryana with the intention of settling scores with Congress, which she believes harmed their overall vote share. As of 11 AM, AAP was showing a dismal performance with only 1.53% of the vote.

In her statements, Maliwal pointed out that the emerging trends indicated Congress trailing behind the BJP in the 90-seat assembly, with final results expected by Tuesday evening.

On social media platform X, she wrote, “He came to Haryana solely to settle scores with Congress. He once falsely accused me of being a BJP agent, yet today he is the one betraying the INDIA alliance and hurting the Congress vote.”

Maliwal further emphasized that AAP had fielded a candidate specifically to challenge Vinesh Phogat, questioning the party’s effectiveness by asking, “Why are you unable to save your deposits in your home state? There is still time. Give up your ego, remove the veil from your blurry eyes, stop the drama, and work for the people.” As of 11 AM, Election Commission data suggested AAP was unlikely to win any seats in Haryana, capturing just 1.53% of the vote share.
