Exclusive conversation with BJP Minority Morcha National General Sec Sabir Ali

National General Secretary of Minority Morcha of Bharatiya Janata Party and former Rajya Sabha MP Sabir Ali reached Indore today to attend a meeting with the Minority Front office bearer at the Bharatiya Janata Party office. In a special conversation with India News, Sabir Ali candidly discussed the current dynamics and conflicts between the Bharatiya Janata Party and Muslims.
Sabir Ali has remained very active in the politics of Bihar. First, he worked close to Nitish Kumar then he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. Sabir Ali today in the meeting said that BJP’s Morcha will focus on Muslim voters.
He highlighted the welfare schemes and developmental work done by the BJP at the state and central level, which has benefited all religions alike. He added that since the Bharatiya Janata Party government came to power in the centre, the support of Muslims has increased for the party. The true development of Muslims has happened with the BJP govt in Madhya Pradesh and I am hopeful that Muslim votes for BJP will increase in upcoming polls, he said. Ali stated that Muslims are now the deciding factor in elections.
He accused Congress and Asaduddin Owaisi of scaring and playing with the emotions of Muslims and making fake promises, by portraying themselves as secular parties.
He advised that the BJP needs to talk to Muslims at the ground level about the development work in order to change the perception associated with the party. The leaders of the minority front need to reach out to the minority community as much as possible and connect them with the party and the mainstream, he added.
While appealing to voters he said that BJP has done much better work than Congress at various levels, therefore, the voters must consider this while voting in upcoming polls.
