Elvish Yadav admits to supplying snake venom at Noida rave party: Reports

Youtuber Elvish Yadav has reportedly admitted to supplying snakes and snake venom at rave parties organised by him, Noida police sources claimed. The YouYuber was arrested on November 17 by Noida Police in connection with a rave party where snake venon was allegedly provided as a recreational drug to the revellers.

The party was organised in Noida in November 2024 and Elvish Yadav and five others were named in an FIR lodged at Sector 49 police station of the city on November 3. The case was lodged under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, they said.

Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50) and Ravinath (45), all residents of Moharband village in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur, are the other accused in the case. All of them are out of jail on bail after they were arrested in November 2024.

The case was later shifted from Sector 49 to Sector 20 police station for investigation. According to Additional DCP (Noida) Manish Mishra, the accused has been arrested by a team of Sector 20 police station which was investigating the case.

According to Noida Police, five people were arrested from a banquet hall in Noida’s Sector 51 on 3 November 2024. A total of nine snakes, including five cobras, were also rescued from their possession while 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also seized.
