On Friday night, an earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale struck Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir, as reported by the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
The earthquake was recorded at 11:06 pm local time and had its epicenter at Latitude 33.35 and Longitude 76.70, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
The NCS shared the event details via a post on X, stating: “Magnitude: 3.2 Earthquake on 26-04-2024 at 23:06:42 IST, Location: Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, Depth: 10 Km.”
