It added, “Isolated heavy rainfall is also likely over Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and Assam and Meghalaya during 2 to 5 May; over Gangetic from 3 to 5 May and over Odisha and Arunachal Pradesh on 4 May.” It also predicted that isolated heavy rainfall is likely over Kerala and Mahe on 4 to 6 May and south interior Karnataka from 4 to 6 May and over coastal Karnataka on 5 May.
