Chirag Paswan On Kangana Ranaut Candidness: ‘But That’s Her USP….

In a recent ANI Podcast, Chirag Paswan discussed his Mile Na Mile Hum co-star, Kangana Ranaut, praising her unfiltered approach to communication and her potential impact in politics. Paswan highlighted that while Ranaut may not always be politically correct, this trait is a significant part of her unique selling point (USP).

Kangana’s Unfiltered Communication

When shown a photograph of Kangana, Paswan described her as a “good friend” and commented on her potential as a Member of Parliament. “One thing I know for sure is that most of the times she isn’t politically correct but that’s her USP again. She talks her…” he noted, emphasizing that Ranaut knows what to say and when, although whether it is politically correct is debatable.

Paswan elaborated, “She knows kya bolna hai kab bolna hai. Ab woh politically correct ho, nahi ho woh debatable ho sakta hai (She knows what to speak and when to speak. But whether it is politically correct or not could be debatable).” He added that her candidness is something many people appreciate.

A Candid Moment Outside Parliament

Paswan also recalled a memorable encounter with Kangana outside the Parliament in June, where the two shared a candid moment that quickly went viral on social media. Reflecting on their meeting, Paswan mentioned, “I was really looking forward to meeting her in Parliament.” He added that their connection had waned due to his busy schedule, but their reunion was something he had anticipated.

Advice for Kangana

When asked if he had any advice for Kangana regarding her speeches, Paswan laughed and remarked that she doesn’t need any tips. Kangana recently won from the Mandi constituency of Himachal Pradesh, marking her first term as a BJP parliamentarian. In the Lok Sabha elections she defeated Congress’ Vikramaditya Singh in the Lok Sabha elections.

Kangana and Chirag Paswan starred together in the film Mile Na Mile Hum in 2011, which was directed by Tanveer Khan This film marked Paswan’s debut in the film industry. After his stint in acting, Paswan transitioned into politics.

Fans eagerly await Kangana’s upcoming film, Emergency, set to release on September 6. Ranaut is the lead actor, writer, director, and producer of the film, which also features Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Zee Studios and Ranaut’s Manikarnika Films.
