After an argument over bike parking, two men murdered Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi’s 42-year-old cousin, Asif Qureshi, in Delhi’s Bhogal area on Thursday night. The incident occurred around 10:30 pm on August 7, police said.
According to the Delhi Police, the dispute involved the parking of a scooter belonging to the accused. During the altercation, the attackers assaulted Asif, son of Ilyas Qureshi, and he later succumbed to his injuries.
CCTV Footage Captures Assault
Only a day after the incident, CCTV footage was discovered showing the violent attack leading to Asif’s death. The video uncovered the identity of many attackers who assaulted him in front of bystanders.

The video shows that the accused hit Asif in the chest with a sharp, pointed object. However, the onlookers tried to intervene, the injuries were fatal, and he could not be saved.
Who are the Key Accused?
The Delhi Police arrested two teenagers, Ujjwal (19) and Gautam (18), for murder after the video emerged.

The registered case is filed under the FIR Number 233/25 under section 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The assault took place in front of multiple witnesses. Authorities are still investigating the case.
