CBI raids Sameer Wankhede’s premises in corruption case related to Aryan Khan case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) searched 29 locations across the country on Friday in connection with an alleged corruption case involving former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officer Sameer Wankhede and three others.

The Aryan Khan drugs-on-cruise case is linked to this one. According to sources, the CBI has filed a case against former Mumbai NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede and three others in connection with the Aryan Khan drugs-on-cruise case.

The agency conducted raids in 29 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Ranchi (Jharkhand), and Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh). In an alleged drug case, Wankhede raided Cordelia Cruise and arrested actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

According to sources, Rs 25 crore was demanded to settle the matter, with Rs 50 lakh already delivered.
