A Coldplay fan traveling from Mumbai to Ahmedabad for the band’s *Music of the Spheres* concert had a moment of panic when he realized he had left his ticket at home. The incident, which was shared on X (formerly Twitter), quickly gained attention as the original poster recounted the ordeal of his friend. He wrote, “Friend sat in train to Ahmedabad from Mumbai for Coldplay concert and forgot concert tickets at home.”

The post generated thousands of comments online. Some branded it a ‘rookie mistake’, while others thought that perhaps the act was a publicity stunt. Thankfully, the story had a happy ending-the tickets were couriered to the concertgoer just in time.

A user joked, “Maybe he can listen from outside now,” to which the original poster responded, “No lol.”. He is getting them delivered.” Another responded, “Bro got so excited, in a hurry not to miss anything, he lost all fun, but was okayed with He’s not missing it. He got them couriered.” Incident led to some playful jokes and empathized comments as various users were all relieved by good news.

A record-breaking event attended by Coldplay in Ahmedabad. The band performed their biggest concert ever at Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25, with over 1 lakh fans filling the venue. Coldplay took to X to share their excitement over the electrifying performance, posting a photo of it with the caption, “Our biggest ever concert. Totally mind-blowing.”. Thank you Ahmedabad See you again tomorrow – and if you’re in India, do join us on Disney+ Hotstar from 7.45 pm. The band had also scheduled another show at the venue on Republic Day, which will once again be live-streamed on Disney+ Hotstar.

Before the concert, Coldplay posted a funny post featuring a very poorly drawn cricket ball, making a light-hearted reference to Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah. The post joked, “Even Jasprit might struggle to bowl with this badly drawn ball,” adding to Coldplay’s lighthearted references to Indian cricket.

The Ahmedabad concerts followed Coldplay’s sold-out shows at Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium on January 19 and 21. The Mumbai performances attracted several celebrities, including singer Shreya Ghoshal, who attended with her family.
