Gujarat High Court
Gujarat High Court was sent a bomb threat email on Monday, following a series of hoax emails to the Delhi and Mumbai high courts in recent days.
The threat was verified to be a hoax by police after an extensive search of the entire building. This is the third such bogus alert to the Gujarat High Court since last June.
The email was sent to the official address of the court in the morning on Monday, Sola police station inspector K.Ν. Bhukan said. "The message stated that RDX was planted within the court compound," Bhukan informed PTI.

Local police, as soon as they were informed, immediately put out a dog squad and the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad. "As soon as the local police were informed of the threat by the court officials, they reached the area along with a dog squad and the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad and began scanning all the buildings within the high court complex without interrupting the proceedings," Bhukan said.
Officers made a thorough search of all the courthouses, judges' offices, parked cars, and approaching vehicles. Following the sweep, the police said nothing out of the ordinary was discovered anywhere on the campus.
