With around one year left in parliamentary polls, the rivalry between political families over dominance continues to surface leaving everyone with speculations as well as new political possibilities.
The saffron BJP is making every possible effort to mark a victory for a third consecutive victory so that it can form government in the state. Likewise, the Congress, the main opposition party, is on its toes in a bid to end its political exile from power for the last nine years. Further in this continuation, Chaudhary Birender Singh a BJP leader who comes from an eminent family has been at odds with the equally eminent Chautala family for dominance in Haryana ahead of forthcoming polls in the state.
It is pertinent to mention that following the feud in the Chautala, Dushyant Chautala formed the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and succeeded in becoming a partner in the government an alliance partner. In this series, taking on Birender Singh, Digvijay Chautala, a JJP leader and a brother of Dushyant Chuatala said that he is frustrated. Further, he accused him of putting the party line aside. He said that being in an alliance is most likely to benefit the JJP as well as the BJP in forthcoming polls. Due to this alliance, the verbal spat between aforesaid two political families seems an unending process.
Further, reacting to Digvijay Chautala’s statement, Birender Singh Who met the Chief Minister on Monday said that the people no longer trust the JJP following its stance over a string of issues. Amid the ongoing political atmosphere, what comes to the fore is that most of the political parties in Haryana Consider the Congress’ main political rival irrespective of certain political perceptions. Be it the BJP or the JJP or Birender Singh or someone else, all have accepted the same directly or indirectly stating that the Congress emerges as the main opposition party in the state. Last month, the BJP stalwart Amit Shah repeatedly attacked Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Congress at the Sirsa rally but refrain from attacking the INLD, AAP and the JJP which indicated a lot in political corridors.
