Bharat Jodo Yatra: Rahul Gandhi resumes yatra from Madhya Pradesh’s Mhow

Rahul Gandhi, Congress MP along with party leaders and workers on Sunday resumed Bharat Jodo Yatra from Mhow town of Madhya Pradesh.
During the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Mhow, Rahul Gandhi was also spotted on a motorcycle.
It is the fifth day of the yatra in Madhya Pradesh and the 81st day overall of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. At 6 p.m. today, Bharat Jodo Yatra will arrive in Indore.
Notably, the yatra would travel through 7 districts in Madhya Pradesh over the course of 12 days.
Since starting in Kanyakumari, the Yatra has travelled through 34 districts in 7 States over a period of 78 days.
Parts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Maharashtra have already been visited by the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the party’s general secretary, and her husband, Robert Vadra, had earlier joined party MP Rahul Gandhi and other participants in the yatra.
The 3,570-kilometre Bharat Jodo Yatra, which started on September 7 in Kanyakumari, will travel an additional 2,355 miles. Next year, it will conclude in Kashmir. The Congress asserted earlier in a statement that it is the longest march on foot by any Indian politician in India’s history. Numerous political parties and social organisations around the nation are supporting the Bharat Jodo Yatra, and support is growing daily.
Notably, Rahul Gandhi and all the party’s MPs, leaders, and employees are residing in containers. Some of the containers even have AC units, toilets, and sleeping mattresses. The arrangements were made with the new location’s extreme heat and humidity in mind. The assembly elections for this year’s elections were a disaster for the Congress, and the Yatra is considered as an effort to galvanise the party’s base for the forthcoming elections.
