Assam Rifles Host Event For Mother’s Day In Tripura

The Assam Rifles marked Mother’s Day at the Assam Rifles middle school in the Radha Nagar area of Tripura on Sunday with a vibrant celebration dedicated to honoring the “Spirit of Motherhood.” The event saw the joyful participation of 94 students along with their families.

A representative from the Assam Rifles Agartala HQ provided insights into the meticulously organized event, highlighting the performances that showcased the talent and enthusiasm of the students. Attendees enjoyed captivating group dances and melodious songs that added to the festive atmosphere.

In a touching tribute to their mothers, each student crafted handmade greeting cards filled with heartfelt messages, symbolizing the deep bond between them and their mothers. The event concluded with a friendly high tea, providing an opportunity for families to mingle and create lasting memories, captured in group photographs.

This celebration not only allowed students to express gratitude to their mothers but also fostered a sense of community spirit among families and school staff. The Assam Rifiles’ initiative to host such an event underscores their commitment to promoting familial bonds and community welfare.

Mother’s Day, observed annually on the second Sunday of May, honors mothers and mother figures worldwide.
