Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified his criticism of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, declaring that after the announcement of Lok Sabha results on June 4, the opposition’s INDIA bloc will disperse “Khatakhat, Khatakhat, Khatakhat”.
The Prime Minister’s retort followed Rahul Gandhi’s earlier comments that money would be deposited into women’s bank accounts “Khatakat Khatakat…” after the INDIA bloc government is formed.
Addressing a public rally in support of BJP candidate Sangam Lal Gupta in Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh, PM Modi mocked Rahul Gandhi’s statement, emphasizing that the nation’s development is not akin to a casual game for the entitled. He ridiculed the lack of work ethic and results from those born into privilege, remarking on their simplistic understanding of national progress.
PM Modi expressed confidence that the Modi government would retain power after June 4 and predicted the disintegration of the INDI alliance, with its leaders resorting to foreign vacations post-defeat. He emphasized his commitment to building a developed and self-reliant India, pledging to work tirelessly for the welfare of the people.
The Prime Minister assured the public of his dedication, vowing to work longer hours than anyone else to fulfil the promise of a prosperous and self-reliant nation.
