Afghan-Origin Gym Owner Shot Dead in South Delhi’s GK

A tragic and alarming incident took place in South Delhi, where Nadir Shah, an Afghan-origin gym owner, was shot dead. The incident occurred in Greater Kailash 1, a posh area of the city, and was captured on CCTV footage. According to reports, Shah was attacked by a man who fired multiple rounds at him, leading to his death.

The case appears to have ties to organized crime, as Rohit Godara, associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the murder through a social media post. Godara alleged that the killing was in retaliation for Shah’s interference in their business, based on information from an aide in jail.

The police are currently investigating the incident, including Shah’s background, as he reportedly had criminal cases against him and was involved in business activities in both India and Dubai.
