The Central Borad of Direct Taxes, CBDT constituted the three Boards for advance rulings. The scheme of E-advance ruling was introduced with the objective to make the entire process of advance ruling with the entire process of advance ruling with the minimal interface and impart greater efficiency, transparency and accountability.
