SHOCKING: Newly appointed teachers fail to name Vice President

This time it is the teachers who could not name the Vice President of India. In the recent Teachers Recruitment Examination that was conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), more than 96,000 teachers were recruited in an effort by the state government in order to focus on the development in the education in government schools.

Meanwhile, when a media organization (India Today) raised basic questions to sample the newly recruited teachers who will be responsible for the education of the students, shockingly most of them could not give a relevant answer.

The questions were asked from a set of about 26,000 teachers who gathered for the second phase of the distribution of provisional appointment letters by BPSC. For the information, the basic questions asked were:

  • The full form of BPSC
  • The name of the BPSC chairman
  • And, the name of Vice President of India.
