Nine newborn babies at West Bengal’s Murshidabad Medical College Hospital perished in a horrifying incident in less than a day. Public outrage has been sparked by the tragic incident. The babies were moved to Murshidabad Medical College from the Jangipur Sub-Divisional Hospital’s SNCU (Special Newborn Care Unit) because there were inadequate facilities, according to the authorities.
