Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu at Kalachakra Maidan in Bodh Gaya attends a teaching program by Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. The discourse by the Dalai Lama was heard by more than 80,000 Buddhist devotees. Earlier, in connection with an alleged threat to a Tibetan spiritual leader a suspected Chinese woman in Bodh Gaya was arrested and police are interrogating her. “Police detained the suspected (Chinese) woman in Bodh Gaya in connection with an alleged threat to Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. She is being interrogated,” JS Gangwar, ADG said.
