During a public address at Mehsana in Gujarat on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted India’s global recognition for its development, including its achievements like reaching the moon. The Prime Minister highlighted the country’s progress and infrastructure development, indirectly referencing the Opposition without naming them.
PM Modi also mentioned prominent figures like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Govind Guru of the Tribal Army, reflecting on their contributions to the nation’s history. He acknowledged the upcoming birth anniversary of Sardar Patel and expressed pride in the Statue of Unity, which he believed, would continue to inspire future generations.
He also discussed the agricultural transformation in North Gujarat, where farmers now cultivate multiple crops, thanks to Narmada water. He noted the processing of Isabgol in the region and emphasised the benefits of solar energy. He thanked the residents of Mehsana for their support and highlighted the global interest in their milk dairies and the significance of hospitals for animals.
Referring to development, PM Modi mentioned Kutch and said that Kutch is becoming famous all over the world today. Prime Minister Modi, during his visit to his home district, promised the people that he will continue to work at a fast pace in the coming days.
PM Modi also talked about taking North Gujarat forward through new development works.
PM Modi also acknowledged his government’s efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the provision of free vaccines. He assured the people of his commitment to further development in the region and expressed gratitude for their support.
