As the year 2024 gets half completed, the Internet movie database popularly called IMDB has recently released the list of popular and anticipated Indian movies of this year.
These listings are usually made on the basis of real-time page views from IMDB’s vast audience of 250 million visitors, who use IMDB to discover and explore what they want to watch.
Talking about 2024 listings, IMDB India’s head Yaminie Patodia has recently revealed that there is an increasing demand for ‘innovative’ and ‘impactful’ cinema, that continues to enchant users both domestically & worldwide. The recent list of ‘Most Popular Indian Movies OF 2024’ (currently) include diverse kind of movies which feature five Hindi, two Telugu and three Malayalam films respectively. Thus, indicating that audience are now attracted to stories irrespective of the language.
Furthermore, she also revealed that five of upcoming & anticipated movies are sequels and are a part of well-known franchises.
