Navjot Kaur, wife of former Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu, has successfully overcome stage-4 invasive cancer. On Thursday, Navjot Singh Sidhu announced that she is now completely cancer-free, following a PET scan that confirmed she is out of danger.

Speaking to the media, Sidhu shared, “Doctors had given up, but her courage and determination put an end to this dangerous disease.” He added that lifestyle and dietary changes played a crucial role in her recovery, helping her defeat cancer within just 40 days.

Navjot Kaur, who had been battling cancer for over a year, also underwent breast surgery for a rare metastasis. She revealed that her condition worsened after her son’s marriage when cancer returned, leaving her doubting her survival. However, her unwavering resolve helped her face the disease head-on.

During her treatment at government hospitals in Patiala, including Rajendra Medical College, Navjot Kaur focused on a holistic approach. Her daily routine included consuming lemon water, raw turmeric, neem leaves, apple cider vinegar, and basil. She also included anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer foods such as walnuts, beetroot, pumpkin, pomegranate, amla, and vitamin C-rich fruits.

Sidhu explained, “In case of cancer, keep a gap between meal times, do not eat sweets, do not eat carbohydrates, then cancer cells start dying automatically. Eat dinner by 6 pm and start the day by drinking lemon water at 10 am the next day. After this, chew and eat 10-12 neem leaves.”

Adopting this routine also benefited Navjot Singh Sidhu, who lost 25 kg and resolved his fatty liver issues. Their disciplined lifestyle, combined with treatment, proved to be a game-changer in Navjot Kaur’s fight against cancer.
