In ‘Khel Khel Mein’, when Chitrangda Singh shared the screen with her ‘Desi Boyz’ co-star Akshay Kumar, fans were thrilled by their chemistry. Many hoped to see the pair in a full-fledged film, and it seems that wish may come true soon. According to sources, Chitrangda has been cast in ‘Housefull 5’, where she will again share screen space with Akshay Kumar.
A source revealed that Chitrangda will have a significant role in the film’s storyline. She is set to fly to London soon to begin a two-month-long shoot. Part of the schedule will also take place on a cruise. ‘Housefull 5’ is scheduled to begin filming on September 15 with a 45-day marathon schedule in London.
While audiences will be excited to witness the on-screen chemistry between Akshay and Chitrangda in ‘Housefull 5’, the film also boasts an impressive ensemble cast. Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey, Fardeen Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Jacqueline Fernandez, and others have been confirmed for key roles. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, ‘Housefull 5’ is slated to release on June 6, 2025.
