In Zirakpur, a hotel owner lost his life over a financial dispute with his business partner. The victim and the assailant were co-owners of the hotel, and their disagreement over financial matters escalated to the point of murder.
According to police sources, Shubham and Shivam, also known as Gautam, residents of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, jointly operated a hotel on a contract basis in Zirakpur. A recent dispute arose between them concerning mutual financial transactions, and the disagreement reached a deadly conclusion. Shubham was allegedly murdered by his business partner, Shivam, and three additional associates.
Zirakpur Police Station in-charge Simarjeet Singh provided details of the incident, stating that Shubham was sleeping in the hotel when Shivam, along with his partner Nikhil and three associates, arrived at 3:00 in the morning. The assailants attacked Shubham, who succumbed to the assault on the spot. Upon receiving the information, the Zirakpur police team, led by Simarjeet Singh, promptly reached the hotel to initiate an investigation. A murder case was registered, and the police recovered the black-colored vehicle used during the crime.
Within a short period, the police apprehended Shivam alias Gautam and one of his associates, Nikhil. The search for the remaining three associates is currently underway. The authorities are diligently working to gather more information and bring all involved individuals to justice.
