After 16 years of marriage, Jessica Alba and her husband, Cash Warren, have decided to part ways. Alba revealed the news in an Instagram post on Thursday.
A New Chapter Begins
In her post, Alba explained that they are moving forward individually. Importantly, their three children, aged 7, 13, and 16, remain their top priority.
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years, and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
A Shared History
The couple’s journey began in 2004 when they met while filming Fantastic Four. Alba played Sue Storm, and Warren worked as an assistant to the director.
Moving Forward with Respect
Despite the split, Alba emphasized that they are moving forward with love and respect. “We are moving forward with love, kindness, and respect for each other and will forever be family,” she added.
