The 29-year-old daughter of rapper Eminem, Hailie Jade, marked a milestone in her life on New Year’s Eve by sharing an emotional message. She is expecting her first child with her husband, Evan McClintock.
In a heart-warming Instagram post, she shared a photo of the couple standing in front of their Christmas tree, with lovingly placing his hands on her baby bump. Hailie wore a simple yet elegant white dress paired with blue jeans, while Evan sported a black shirt. The post radiated excitement for the future, with Hailie captioning the image, “Things are going to look so different this time next year & we can’t wait Happy New Year everyone!!”

Before ringing in the new year, Hailie also shared moments from her December celebrations. On Christmas Day, she gave her followers a peek into her 29th birthday festivities, where her family sang “Happy Birthday” to her as she sat in front of the Christmas tree. She later blew out the candles on her cake, which was decorated with “29” on top. Hailie’s joyful caption read, “Last year in my twenties starts now. Oh & of course, Merry Christmas.”

Hailie’s pregnancy journey had been a topic of discussion months earlier when she and her podcast co-host, Brittany Ednie, revealed that the couple had kept the pregnancy a secret prior to their wedding in May. By exchanging drinks to give the impression that Hailie was still drinking, the pair was able to conceal the pregnancy during their wedding party.
Hailie called the nursery “the most special project yet” as she and Evan started working on it in October in anticipation of the arrival of their child. In a November Just A Little Shady podcast episode, the couple subsequently announced they were expecting a boy.
