Haryana glows with Diwali spirit as cities light up for Ram Temple Consecration ceremony

ike Diwali for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Markets were decorated with beautiful lights, and the consecration ceremony was broadcasted on 15,000 screens. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar reached the Karneshwaram Temple in Karnal, where he performed the ritual of placing the kalash before the worship. During this, the Chief Minister also saw the stone brought from the Ram Setu.

It is reported that a flag procession was organized in Hansi, Haryana, from the Khatushyam Temple early in the morning. Large screens were set up in various places, including Vishwakarma Chowk, Kali Devi Temple, Bajrang Ashram, Ram Sharanam Ashram, and Uttam Nagar, for the direct broadcast. A festival of lights, called Dipothsav, will be celebrated with around 3100 lamps in the night. Additionally, a feast will be organized in Chaupata.

Several districts were painted saffron in preparation for the consecration of the Ram Temple a day before the event. The resonance of the name Ram echoed everywhere. Various regions celebrated by organizing processions and festivities leading up to the consecration of the Ram Temple.

The city resounded with cheers of “Jai Shri Ram.”
In Narnaul, the Shri Ram Sankirtan Shobhayatra began at 7 AM, commencing with a religious Ramleela. The procession covered areas from Bajaja Bazaar, in front of Ram Readymade, through Pul Bazaar, Mahavir Chowk, Naina Fateh Temple, Parshuram Chowk, to Valmiki Chowk, concluding at the Ramleela Ground.
