Media Secretary to the Chief Minister, Praveen Atray, accused former CM Hooda in the ED inquiry case, stating that the ED investigation is the result of the corruption committed by Hooda during his 10 years in office. Hooda, by creating fear of land acquisition among farmers, compelled them to sell their land to builders at meager prices. In the case of only the Manesar land deal, farmers suffered a loss of approximately 1500 crore rupees. Due to the flawed policies of the Congress government, around 1600 crores worth of land was sold to builders for only 100 crores in 2007.

The police registered a case during the Congress government based on the complaints of injustice to farmers. Those who exploited and cheated farmers, now fear going to jail. Praveen Atray mentioned that Haryana was number one in corruption and plunder during the Congress regime. Haryana was number one in looting farmers’ land during Congress rule. The loot carried out by the Hooda government before 2014 is now coming to fruition.
Praveen Atray stated that a notice for 912 acres of land in Manesar was issued on August 27, 2004. Hooda canceled the IMT and issued a notice for Sector-6 on August 25, 2005. Builders purchased 400 acres of land at arbitrary prices by colluding with the Hooda government.

Targeting former CM Hooda, the Chief Minister’s Media Secretary said that Hooda’s government acted in complete favor of Robert Vadra, engaging in arbitrary actions. He is revealing the entire story of corruption through all the documents. Now that the ED is investigating corruption, Hooda is sweating and getting scared as the time to go to jail is approaching. He mentioned that Hooda ruled Haryana for 10 years during which there were fixed rates for government jobs and transfers of government employees.
