Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, and other organisational BJP officials will begin holding public rallies in Gujarat on Friday as the state heads toward election day.

Deputy Chief Ministers Brijesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya, as well as party leader and CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, will hold public rallies in Gujarat as part of the BJP’s campaign for 82 of the 89 seats up for election in the first round of the Gujarat Assembly elections. While Keshav Prasad Maurya will hold public meetings in Surat’s Mahua Vidhansabha and Deputy CM Maurya will also hold workers’ meetings in Gujarat for a few days, Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak will hold public meetings in five districts of Gujarat today.

CM Yogi Adityanath, the star campaigner for the BJP, will run the election campaign and hold rallies in 3 constituencies.

In order to support BJP candidates Jitendra Bhai Somani from Wakaner in Morbi and Bhai Vasava from Jhagadia in Bharuch, Yogi Adityanath will hold rallies in the Gujarati districts of Morbi, Bharuch, and Surat. In Surat’s Chaurasi assembly, Yogi will hold his third rally in support of BJP candidate Sandeep Bhai Desai.

For 182 assembly seats in Gujarat, the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, elections will be conducted on December 1 and December 5.

In Gujarat, the BJP has held power for the past 27 years. A triangular contest is being witnessed in this assembly election in Gujarat.

With the arrival of the Aam Aadmi Party, the battle between the BJP and the Congress in Gujarat has become even more fierce.

During the assembly election campaign in Himachal Pradesh, CM Yogi spoke at rallies. Yogi Adityanath spoke at meetings for 35 seats in 29 Gujarat districts during the most recent election in 2017, 20 of which were won by BJP candidates.
