Born weighing only 700 grams (1.5 pounds), he has faced incredible physical challenges, but his story is defined by his positive spirit and determination.

A Small Body, but a Big Personality
Afshin was born very fragile, weighing only a little over a pound, but today he weighs almost 6.5 kg (14.3 pounds).
