Tougen Anki is the story of the continued rivalry between the descendants of the Momotaro clan and demons. The official description of the anime series reads: "One day, Shiki Ichinose, a boy living an ordinary life, is suddenly attacked by a mysterious man belonging to the "Momotaro Organization." While fleeing with his adoptive father, he learns that the pursuer is descended from the legendary Momotaro, and that he himself is descended from an "oni" (demon)."
