The series debuted on screens in 2018 to widespread praise and approval. Along with the post, the creators also teased the release of the much-awaited The Family Man Season 3.

20th September 2025 marks the sixth anniversary of the Amazon Prime Series. The birthplace of several timeless memes and moments, this series has a special place in everyone’s heart. It shot Manoj Bajpayee into superstardom despite being an active part of the film industry for decades. It also put Sharib Hashmi and Priyamani on the audience radar.
Manoj Bajpayee Shares Post on The Family Man’s Sixth Anniversary
Taking to his Instagram, the Joram actor shared a few stills from the series on its sixth anniversary. He also teased the third season of the series, saying that the highly anticipated sequel is underway.
“6 years since #TheFamilyMan Season 1 dropped and became a cult classic. Season 3? Bas samajh lo, operation underway,” Bajpayee wrote on his Instagram.

Raj and DK Share Tease Family Man Season 3
The creators of the series, Raj and DK, also shared images from the making of the series. In their post made on X, the creator duo shared images of the clapperboard used in the three seasons. They thanked the audience for their continued support of the series through memes and discussions around the Prime Video series.
“From one clapboard to three… The Family Man has been multitasking. And so are we :). Thank you for all the love, as you binged, laughed, memed and argued. You made #TheFamilyMan your own!,” wrote Raj and DK in their post.

When is The Family Man Season 3 Releasing?
In a conversation with OTT Play, Bajpayee had shared the tentative release date of the series. He told the platform that the series is planning its release in November 2025. He also shared the addition of Jaideep Ahlawat to the cast of Family Man season 3.
“Nothing more than what is already out, but ‘The Family Man Season 3’ is releasing in November this year. There is a new addition to the show. We cast Jaideep Ahlawat two years ago, and he has done very well with ‘Paatal Lok Season 2’. To our luck, he is in Season 3 of ‘The Family Man’. This season is massive and very beautiful,” he told OTT Play.
