Millie Bobby Brown is all set to return as Eleven in the much-anticipated fifth and final season of Netflix’s Stranger Things. Before the show’s release later this month, the creators hosted a grand premiere on Thursday, November 6, at Hollywood’s famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. The star-studded event saw the entire cast and crew of the hit sci-fi horror series come together to celebrate its journey, followed by an exclusive after-party.
Among those in attendance was Millie’s husband, Jake Bongiovi, who came to support her on the special occasion. After the premiere, the couple was photographed attending the after-party, where Millie turned heads in a stylish new look. The 21-year-old actress wore a maroon mini corset dress adorned with cream lace detailing along the neckline and hem. Her hair was neatly tied in a bun, paired with golden hoop earrings. Jake perfectly complemented her in a sharp red velvet suit and black tie, creating a picture-perfect moment for the couple.
Millie and Jake’s New Journey as Parents
Beyond her acting career, Millie Bobby Brown has also been in the spotlight for a major personal milestone becoming a mother. In August this year, the Enola Holmes star announced that she and Jake had adopted a baby girl.
Sharing the joyous news on social media, Millie wrote, “This summer we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.” Concluding her heartfelt note, she added, “And then there were 3. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi.”
Millie’s Longtime Dream of Motherhood
Millie and Jake, who tied the knot in May 2024, have been open about their shared dreams and values. Earlier this year, during her appearance on the SmartLess podcast, Millie revealed that she had always wanted to become a mother at a young age much like her own parents.
“My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. This has been my dream since before I met Jake. I wanted to be a mom in the same way my mom was to me,” she said.
She further added, “Jake knows how important it is to me. Like, of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family for me personally.”
As Stranger Things prepares to wrap up its legendary run, Millie Bobby Brown seems ready to step into her next big role that of a devoted mother, balancing her flourishing Hollywood career with a new chapter of family life.
