Actor Deepika Padukone recently praised Brad Pitt for his performance in the new racing film F1. On Sunday, she posted a playful tribute on her Instagram story. She wrote, “Brad Pitt. That’s it, that’s the post. IYKYK.”

Film ‘F1’ Receives Widespread Praise

Since its global release on June 27, F1 has received positive reviews from both critics and fans. Moreover, Joseph Kosinski, known for Top Gun: Maverick, directed the movie. Brad Pitt plays Sonny Hayes, a former Formula One driver who returns to racing after 30 years.

Importantly, the film was produced with help from F1 legend Lewis Hamilton. As a result, F1 offers realistic racing scenes and genuine detail. During its London premiere, stars like Tom Cruise also joined the red carpet.

Star-Studded Cast Strengthens the Film

In addition to Brad Pitt, the cast features Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, and Sarah Niles. In the film, Bardem plays Ruben Cervantes, who convinces Hayes to help save his failing team.

Plot Focuses on Redemption and Mentorship

Previously, Sonny Hayes had left racing after a terrible accident. However, Ruben brings him back, hoping he can revive the team. Then, Hayes begins training young driver Joshua Pearce, played by Damson Idris. Together, they fight challenges both on and off the track.

Music Elevates the Experience

Furthermore, composer Hans Zimmer created the powerful score. His mix of electronic and orchestral music fits the racing theme perfectly. Additionally, the soundtrack features songs by Ed Sheeran, ROSÉ, and RAYE.
