Paris [France], August 24 (ANI): The streaming giant Netflix has unveiled the trailer of the French film ‘Call My Agent’, a feature film continuation of the show of the same name. The trailer was shared ahead of its launch on September 10 in France.
Directed by Emilie Noblet from a screenplay by Fanny Herrero and Lison Daniel, the long-awaited movie adaptation of the hit show sees Camille Cottin return as former talent agent Andrea, who is now on the cusp of directing her first feature film.
“The film calamity hits on the eve of the shoot when the lead actor quits the production for “a shitty role” in a Wes Anderson film, and Andrea falls out with her producer. Desperate, Andrea joins forces with Noemie (Laure Calamy), who is now a successful reality TV producer, believing she can easily manipulate her. But as she faces a complete recasting, on-set disasters, and a legal battle threatening the custody of her daughter, everything begins to unravel,” reads the synopsis of the show, as quoted by Deadline.
Netflix shared the trailer on their Instagram handle on Monday.

Other announced returnees include Ophelia Kolb and Fanny Sidney with new arrivals featuring Laetitia Casta, Vincent Macaigne and Anne Marivin.
There is no sign yet of George Clooney whose guest appearance in the movie was announced last year, although Netflix has confirmed to Deadline today that the star does have a cameo role. (ANI)
