Fans of action comedy anime can rejoice as the fan favourite Dan Da Dan season 3 has been officially confirmed. The announcement followed the conclusion of its second season, which concluded after a 12-week run.

Following its season 2 conclusion after a long twelve-week run starting from July, the official X account of Dan Da Dan shared the official announcement for its season 3. The post carried the caption, “DAN DA DAN Season 3 is CONFIRMED! Thank you to all the fans for your support, and we hope you look forward to what’s in store. Stay tuned for #DANDADAN Season 3!”

Season 2 of Dan Da Dan started airing on July 4th 2025, and ended airing on September 19th, 202,5, after a 12-week run. The anime saw the adaptation of the Kaiju arc from the official manga by Yukinobu Tatsu.

The Dan Da Dan season 3 will cover the Space Globalists arc from the Yukinobu Tatsu manga series, which is said to be one of the most popular and highly anticipated.
Where to watch Dan Da Dan seasons 1 and 2?
Dan Da Dan web manga was first published in April 2021 on Shōnen Jump+, and it was then serialised into an anime by Science Saru, a popular Japanese animation studio, in 2024. Its first season aired from 4th October 2024 to December 20th of the same year and gained widespread praise from anime fans. The studio quickly followed the success with the second season of Dan Da Dan in July 2025, which concluded on 19th September 2025. Both seasons are now available for streaming on Netflix and Crunchyroll.
When is Dan Da Dan Season 3 Releasing?
There has been no official release date for the Dan Da Dan season 3. With the second season concluding in September, it is not likely that its third season will be released in the same year. Till then, all eyes are set on the next Jump Festa organised by Shueisha, the publishing company behind the popular manga.
