Cast of Mirai: Karthik Gattamneni’s fantasy action-adventure film Mirai is inching closer to release. With this, Gattamneni is attempting to fuse Indian mythology with modern-day superhero movies. The movie is a classic story of good vs evil with elements of Indian mythology tying the story together. The movie is mounted on a reported budget of around ₹60 crore with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions handling the film’s North India release. – Teja Sajja as Super Yodha

Teja Sajja plays the role of Super Yodha, the man responsible for protecting Emperor Ashoka’s nine sacred scriptures from the grasp of Black Sword. He was last seen in the 2024 blockbuster Hanu-Man, for which he garnered a lot of praise and admiration from fans and critics alike. His portrayal of Super Yodha in the upcoming fantasy action film has already generated buzz on social media. 

– Manchu Manoj as Black Sword 

Manchu Manoj is taking on the role of the menacing Black Sword, the man going directly against Super Yodha (Teja Sajja) to get a hold of Emperor Ashoka’s sacred scriptures. Manoj is a known face in the Telugu film industry. He has previously worked in movies such as Bhairavam and Potugadu. Following the film’s trailer release, his portrayal of Black Sword has been garnering audience attention, with the audience looking forward to seeing his performance.

The film’s supporting cast includes Ritika Nayak, Shriya Saran, Jagapathi Babu and Jayaram, all playing key roles in the movie.

What is The Story of Mirai?

The story of Mirai revolves around a common man who is chosen to be Super Yodha, the man tasked with protecting Emperor Ashoka’s nine sacred scriptures from the grasp of the menacing Black Sword. The story follows Super Yodha as he accepts his destiny and takes on the challenge for everything to culminate in a classic battle of good vs evil.

Mirai Trailer Reactions 

The trailer for the Teja Sajja starrer was released a few days ago. It has since generated a lot of buzz online with both the Hindi and Telugu versions sitting at over 1 crore views each. The reactions to the trailer have also been overwhelmingly positive. People have been praising the look of the trailer and Sajja’s script selection. Clips from the trailer showing Lord Ram’s appearance have also been doing the rounds on social media, with people excited to see what the Karthik Gattamneni movie has to offer. Machu Manoj’s portrayal of the menacing antagonist Black Sword has also piqued audience interest, with the audience looking forward to seeing more of his performance.
