Who Is Arjun Pratap Bajwa?
Arjun Pratap Bajwa is not from the film industry alone—he also belongs to a political family. His father, Fateh Jang Singh Bajwa, currently holds the position of Vice President of the BJP in Punjab.
Arjun has a background in music and acting. He has worked behind the scenes on movies like Singh Is Bliing and acted in Band of Maharajas. In addition, he has released singles such as Thinkin’ Bout You and Hellcat, and collaborated with Tech Panda & Kenzani and Enroute on the track Parda. He also practices mixed martial arts.
Gurdwara Sighting Goes Viral
Recently, Sara and Arjun were spotted at a famous Gurdwara in Delhi. A video posted by Bollywood paparazzo Pallav Paliwal captured the moment. In the clip, Sara exits the Gurdwara wearing a white salwar-kameez with a dupatta on her head. Arjun, dressed casually with a white cloth covering his head, joins her in the car.
Although these appearances fuelled speculation, neither of them has confirmed the relationship.
Relationship Rumours Began in 2024
The rumours started in October 2024, when fans noticed Sara and Arjun together at Kedarnath. Later, in December, they appeared to be vacationing in Rajasthan. Their separate posts hinted they were together, and social media users quickly connected the dots.
Sara’s Path From Scholar to Star
Sara earned her degree in History and Political Science from Columbia University. In 2018, she made her Bollywood debut with Kedarnath, directed by Abhishek Kapoor, followed by Simmba, directed by Rohit Shetty. Her performance in Kedarnath won her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
Sara’s Inspiring Weight Loss Journey
During her teenage years, Sara struggled with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which contributed to significant weight gain. After college, she committed to fitness and lost 45 kilograms, transforming from 96 kg to 51 kg through diet and exercise.
Speaking to Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps), she shared, “I was 96 kg. Today I’m 51. That change is not just physical. It’s also emotional and spiritual.”
Upcoming Films in the Pipeline
Sara is currently working on two exciting projects. One is a film with Sidharth Malhotra, directed by Deepak Mishra, said to be based on a rural folk story. The second is with filmmaker Aanand L Rai, though further details are under wraps for now.
