A new chapter in the legacy of Shah Rukh Khan's family, Aryan Khan steps into the limelight behind the camera The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, the much-awaited directorial project of his, is scheduled to start streaming on Netflix on September 18.
A grand red-carpet event took place on the night of September 17 in Mumbai to hold this milestone for which many of the greatest names of Bollywood turned up.
The night had turned into a star-studded triumph before it had barely kicked off. The Bollywood's top stars came to pay their respects not just to Aryan but to the new-age generation shaping the future of Indian cinema. The Ambani's made a grand entry, Akash Ambani came with his wife Shloka Mehta and Radhika Merchant, all of them in fashionable attire while Nita and Mukesh Ambani posed elegantly with their daughter Isha Ambani who posed with Navya Naveli Nanda.
Shah Rukh Khan accompanied by Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan and Abram Khan, raised the spirit of Aryan's debut. A red carpet full of glitterati saw the likes of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Madhuri Dixit and Vicky Kaushal.

Most star kids who take acting as a route in, Aryan Khan has gone down a different path started directing and telling stories. The Ba**ds of Bollywood are described as the glamorous gritty layers of the industry, exploring ambition, betrayal and the cost of fame. The seven-part series feature a cracking ensemble cast in Bobby Deol, Mona Singh, Raghav Juyal, Sahher Bambba and Lakshya.
The series will see special appearances from an elite roster including Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, SS Rajamouli, Disha Patani and rapper Badshah. This project may now set Aryan Khan amongst the ranks of bold and visionary directors and herald a new spate in digital storytelling.
